Introduction to Energy

This course is for anybody who is interested in learning more about the world of energy. We will cover a variety of topics, building on concepts that may be familiar to you and others that you may not have heard of. The content has been compiled through a variety of ways. Some information has been downloaded straight from higher consciousness, and other information from experience, reading, and teachings. I will summarise the basics in a practical way that can be applied to everyday life, setting the foundation for further study and experience in the world of energy.

• Q and A - discussion and debrief

What to expect:

Each session will be comprised of teaching, discussion, meditation and the practising and implementation of practical skills. Do not worry if you have not meditated before, this course is for all.
