Reiki Level 1 - Shoden
If you feel the call to unveil the Reiki within, then the Reiki One course or Shoden, as it is known in Japanese, is perfect for you. Shoden means the first teachings and is about attuning you to the flow of Reiki and awakening your abilities for self-healing. You will be introduced to the energy and the system of Reiki, meditation practices and how to work with Reiki for your own spiritual growth and harmony. The course is a held space for connection, growth and reclaiming of your innate ability to connect with Reiki.

On completion of the course, you will be able to perform self-treatments and treatments on friends and family. You will also be able to register with the UK Reiki Federation as an Associate Member.
