About the event
With the energies of Imbolic in the air, this guided meditation evening will focus on the process of seeding the Earth.
What are your hopes and dreams for the next few months or year ahead? What ideas or opportunities are you hoping to plant and grow?
We will journey to the fertile ground of Gaia to plant the seeds we want to nurture. We will then work on our positive affirmations and connection with our seeds to help them germinate and grow. Practices of alignment and allowing will help keep us at a vibrational match with what we have planted, free from doubt or questioning. Our alignment statement will be our compass.
What to bring:
- Yoga matt or something comfy to lay on
- Pillows/cushions/blankets - anything you need to make yourself feel comfy and relaxed
